THE WHO AND WHERE

MVA operates DSA programs in Yamhill and Polk counties. Services are provided both at the provider site and community locations. Individuals, along with their families and advocates, are consulted to develop a person-centered plan for service delivery including their schedule, goals, and preferred activities. Any combination of services delivered at the provider-site, community sites, in groups, or one-on-one is available.
